Sometimes we can all struggle with sleep. Some people find this a daily battle!
What if I was to tell you that there are crystals that could potentially help with this.
(Disclaimer! if you do have a constant issue with sleep please seek medical advice)
There are 3 crystals that can help you and they are Sodalite, Amethyst and Smokey Quartz.
I will break it down in to how each one of these crystals can help.

Sodalite!
Sodalite is a gorgeous blue stone with white veins running through it. This stone brings the sense of calm and order to the mind. It is also able to prevent insomnia.
This stone should be placed under your pillow to help those feel the positive energies and will need to be recharged every couple of days as this stone also absorbs the negative energies from the user.

Amethyst!
A beautiful purple stone and a firm favourite of many. This stone can help by soothing irritability and removing stresses. Amethyst is a natural tranquilliser and will help those that struggle to sleep because they’re anxious, worried or stressed about something.
Placing this stone under your pillow or near you whilst you settle to sleep will help you receive the energies needed.

Smokey Quartz!
Smokey Quartz is a grey/brown stone and in my opinion should be one of the firsts crystals you own as it’s has some great properties but how does it help with sleep?
Well, smokey quartz is a grounding stone and this stone is able to dispel nightmares and help manifest dreams. This stone also helps to relieve stress and anxiety. It is also able to help neutralise negative vibrations.
This stone is great if you have trouble sleeping due to bad dreams and placing this stone near you or under your pillow will help you to receive its amazing energies.
Well they are the three best crystals to help with sleep!
Another tip is to remove crystals from the bedroom that are overstimulating like Moldavite. Every individual reacts differently to stones to check the energies you feel first before adding them to your bedroom.
Thanks for taking the time to read this latest blog and I hope to catch you at the next one.
Have a great rest of the week!
