Crystals for motivation!!

Now, if you‘re like me you may find it hard to get motivated. I’ve literally just started the gym as a get healthy this year goal and for something new it’s hard to gather up the motivation to do it.

I’m gonna be looking at crystals that might help one muster up that motivation and get you going with a new task or maybe something you’ve been doing for awhile now.

I find it easier to list crystals and have what they do next to them. Personally I struggle to read through loads of text and try to find bullet points.

Crystals to help motivation!

• Carnelian- this stone helps restore vitality and motivation. It give you courage, promotes positive life choices and can motivate for success. Carnelian is great for those wanting to be creative.

• Citrine- citrine can help promote happiness and joy, increasing your self esteem and confidence. It can also encourage a positive attitude and enhance concentration.

• Crazy lace agate- this stone is one of my favourites for the amount of properties it has. It can increase you stamina and physical energy, help you recover from fatigue or exhaustion and helps you find the laughter and joy in a situation.

• Brown goldstone- It can build up energy, courage and a positive attitude for you. This stone also increase drive and confidence.

• Red Tigers eye- this stone is said to provide motivation to the non-motivated and to energise those that feel lethargic. Red tigers eye also enhances confidence and self esteem.
